Merry Christmas to all you and your families. May all your Christmas
prayers be heard and always remember that Jesus our savior was born on
that day. I always remember as a kid that I could hardly ever wait for
Christmas. I use to count the days in church watching the advent candles
knowing that when we got to the pink one we were only a week away from
Christmas. I may have been waiting for Christmas to come but did I
really know the reason? We as Knights should always know that Jesus was
sent here for us and we should always celebrate his birth all year long
not just Christmas day. Have a Merry Christmas and a good New Year.
On Wednesday December 5th we will be holding a first degree in our
council chambers at 7pm. If you been wanting to ask someone to become a
Knight this is a great way to get them started. This is only an
admission degree. There is no need to sign up a head of time you can
just show up with your candidate and we will bring him into our
Brotherhood. Any question about this please contact me 708.415.7719.
December 15, Santa will be here to hear all your kids and grandkids
wishes for Christmas. We are having lunch with Santa in the St. Philip’s
gym at 10:30am. There is a coloring contest with prizes, hot dogs and
Christmas music and don’t forget Santa will be there at 11:00am. Hope to
see you all there.
